Delivery isn’t just “shipping” — it’s part of the fulfillment promise. We only offer delivery when we can confidently meet the time window.
That’s why delivery requires an address check and a reserved slot.

Choose Delivery
From the service selector, switch to Delivery (instead of Collect).
Step 2
Confirm your delivery address
Search your address and we’ll validate it’s within our supported Napier zones.
Step 3
Reserve a delivery time slot
Pick a slot that’s available. Capacity is limited per slot to keep delivery reliable.
Step 4
Checkout with confidence
Your reserved slot becomes part of your checkout promise (and is validated again at checkout).

Delivery depends on whether your address resolves into a supported zone (postal code / suburb coverage).
Slots prevent overbooking
Slots have capacity and can sell out. Reserving a slot ensures we can actually deliver when promised.
Switching changes everything
Changing service, address, or store will clear the reserved slot (because the promise changed).
Tip: Delivery availability is determined by your address zone and the slot capacity at the time you reserve it. Delivery also requires a minimum order of $20+.

What areas do you support?
Napier and surrounds only. If your address is out of range, Delivery won’t be available.
Can I change my slot later?
Yes. You can re-open the selector and reserve a different slot if one is available.
What if I switch back to Collect?
That changes the fulfillment promise, so your delivery slot is released and pickup slots will apply instead.
Prefer pickup?
Collect is always available from our Napier store and uses pickup slots instead (no minimum order).
