From the service selector, switch to Collect (instead of Delivery).

Choose a pickup time slot that’s available. Slots have capacity so we don’t overload the counter.

Checkout with a confirmed promise
Your reserved pickup time becomes part of your checkout promise (and is validated again at checkout).

Unlike delivery, pickup doesn’t depend on your address zone — it’s available by default in our Napier-only scope.

Switching between Collect and Delivery changes the fulfillment promise, so the reserved slot is released.
